ONE STEP CLOSER TO THE SPOTLIGHT

The following form is the Hartford’s Got Talent participation form. Registering does not guarantee you or your act to perform at the final show at the Bushnell Theater. In addition to registering, contestants will be performing in-person auditions. The auditions will be held at The Hartford Public Library, 500 Main Street, Hartford, CT from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM on selected Saturdays. Please make sure to thoroughly read through our Talent Guidelines prior to filling out a participation form.

PARENT/GUARDIAN INFORMATION

I hereby give permission for images of my child (ages 8-17) captured during Hartford’s Got Talent events through video, photo and digital camera, allowed to be used solely for the purpose of Hartford’s Got Talent promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
