GERRY WILLIAMS, Born and raised in Oakland, California, now calls Hartford home, where he is a versatile talent in both media and the performing arts. As the weekday morning host and Community News Director for 104.9 FM WIHS Radio, “Your Station For Hope And Encouragement,” Gerry covers community events and conducts numerous wide ranging interviews and voiceovers annually. Beyond the airwaves, he loves to engage audiences through laughter with his stand-up comedy and through acting in plays and skits, singing, and delivering dramatic presentations.

He deeply appreciates that Hartford’s Got Talent! has provided him an outlet to express his “god given gifts and talents” and considers HGT! his personal “Juilliard School where he can rub elbows with and be encouraged and inspired by like minded people.” Hartford’s Got Talent! truly is Showcasing Talent And Connecting Community.
